Thank you! and Great Job! to those who participated in the Relay Finals Meet yesterday! We do not have a meet scheduled for this Saturday, July 1. 

We do have normal practice scheduled for every day this week (June 26-30).

On Sunday, July 2, we will have volunteer sign ups and meet declarations open at 9:00am for our next meet on July 8. The July 8th meet will be at home against Pacific Sands. We will need help from everyone to make sure that our meet goes well.

July 3-6 we will not be having practice. We will have practice on Friday, July 7. It will be important for all swimmers to be at that practice to get ready for the meet the next day.

July 4th The Dolphins are once again participating in the Lake Forest 4th of July Parade. The start time this year for the parade is 9:30am. We would like to invite any swimmers who are interested to join us! This is always a fun event for the swimmers to participate in.

We will be staging on Toledo in front of the High School (most likely in front or near the gym). Please arrive no later than 9:00 am (earlier is better for parking) Our entry number is 23 this year so we'll be in the 1st half of the parade.

Below is information about participating:

-Wear sunscreen

-Participants are welcome to walk, ride a scooter or a bike. Helmets are REQUIRED for all participants who will ride a scooter, bike, skateboard, or skate. Even if you're 18+.

-The parade route is about a mile and a half so please wear appropriate shoes (flip flops are not allowed)

-There are NO water guns or water balloons allowed on the route or staging area

-All participants 8 and under will need a responsible adult accompanying them on the route

-Please wear your Dolphin T-Shirt or a blue shirt

-We will have a wagon with a cooler and water. Feel free to bring extra if you'd like.

De-staging will be at the El Toro HS student parking lot (Ridge Route/Serrano on the grass). Please pick up your child (if they're 9 and over and participating without a parent) by 10:15 am.
