About Us
The Lake Forest II Dolphins Swim Club is a competitive summer-only swim team, sponsored by the Lake Forest II Sun & Sail Club. Established in 1984, the team has been part of the South Coast Swim Conference since 1988, and provides swimmers of all levels and experience, ages 18 and below, an opportunity to experience the sport of competitive swimming in a fun and family-oriented atmosphere.
Whether your child is a new swimmer who is barely able to swim across the pool, an experienced high school athlete looking for an opportunity train and prepare during the summer season, or somewhere in between, the Lake Forest II Dolphins Swim Club is the team for your family. Dolphin parents and coaches believe all of our swimmers are winners. We focus on individual success through stroke development and good old hard work! As the team develops a healthy competitiveness, we never lose sight of the word FUN!
The Lake Forest II Dolphins Swim Club is open to members of the Lake Forest II Sun & Sail Club, and is similarly open to a limited number of non-member Lake Forest II residents.
