Happy Monday Dolphins! Congratulations to our Relay swimmers on a smashing performance on Saturday!! Everyone swam hard and had fun and I think the biggest win of all was 3rd place in the Parent Relay!! Way to go parents and coaches!! 

REMINDER: NO PRACTICE THIS WEEK!

We get a nice long break for the holiday as the club prepares for their big July 4 bash! No meet this weekend either so rest up, have fun, be safe and we'll see you back at practice Tuesday July 10th. 

JULY 4 PARADE

The Dolphins are once again taking part in the Lake Forest July 4 parade! We will meet on Toledo in front of ETHS no later than 9am! Wear sunscreen and comfy shoes and bring water. Bikes, scooters, skates, skateboards, wagons and strollers welcome! Dress them up and have fun! HELMETS are required for bike, scooter, skate/skateboard riders under 18. 

Wear your Dolphins shirt or a BLUE shirt. 

Parade ends at Ridge Route and Serrano in the student parking lot. 

All swimmers under 8 must have a parent walk the parade route with them. We will have a wagon and cooler with water but feel free to bring more! 

COACHES DAY/ICE CREAM SOCIAL

Coaches Day is Wednesday July 11! More information will be coming on this later in the week but it's a fun day at the pool when we shower our coaches with love and enjoy an ice cream social after practice! 

We are just a little over halfway through the season and looking ahead to 2 more fantastic home meets and our year end awards banquet!
