Hello Dolphin Families! 

We are looking forward to our first dual meet this weekend! Thanks to everyone for declaring your swimmers! 

SEASON SCHEDULE OPENING 6/1

Beginning at 9:00am Friday, June 1, you can login to your Swimtopia account and declare your swimmers and/or signup for volunteer shifts for any meet for the rest of the season (excluding Relay and Finals). 

Declarations will close at noon the Wednesday prior to each meet. If you haven't declared by then, your swimmer may not be included in that meet.

Volunteer shifts are available on a first come, first serve basis. Each family is required to fulfill 4 meet shifts and 1 social shift throughout the season. High School swimmer families are exempt from volunteering. Relay Finals and League Finals are excluded as these meets are by invitation and all families in attendance are expected to pitch in and volunteer as needed. 

Family Folders 

Family folders are in 2 bins which will be placed outside of the swim office daily. This is where you will find your swimmers ribbons (by Wednesday after each meet), along with any other important handouts that are sent. 

Out of Area Cards

If you haven't picked up your out of area cards yet, they are in your family folder. If you have questions, please email [email protected] or track me down at Blue Practice or a Meet. Your cards should be shown to the front desk when you come to practice and are only valid during practice times. 

As always, please let us know if you have any questions. Board members are usually around the pool deck from Red through Blue practice and coaches can help with questions too!
